
Broga will now run as a 6-week block on Thursday evenings 6pm – 7.15pm.
This format supports continuity, commitment, and a more cohesive group practice.
The block format allows us to build progressively over the weeks rather than dropping in and out. Numbers will be limited, and bookings will be required for the full block.
