Before I started school I did about anhour of art every day.

I recently lost my sister Mina who took her own life, she was only 21 years old. She was my best friend and the only
person I could truly talk to. I still have so many things to say, share, and ask … and now I can’t.
Over the last 30 years I have worked as a leadership developer in organisations of all sizes, and I’ve concluded that the principles of leadership are remarkably similar in all of them.
