On 16th November, nearly 200 adventurous runners and walkers took on the Coromandel’s newest trail run – Ridge Runner! With a choice of 12km or 24km trails, participants faced honest climbs, thrilling challenges, and breathtaking views of Northern Coromandel.

The Whangamata Summer Festival Committee is thrilled to announce the line-up of this year’s eagerly anticipated festival events, taking place just after Christmas. According to Renee Meiklejohn, the Festival Coordinator, the dedicated Festival Committee has been hard at work preparing an incredible program with a lineup of high-caliber musical talent.
